Country for Kids presented by Old Point National Bank is the annual charity concert to benefit the Center for Child & Family Services, a non-profit 501c3 organization that has been serving the community since 1943. The Center’s mission is to deliver quality counseling programs and support services that empower individuals and families to improve their lives. We empower people to face life’s challenges. We provide services such as mental health counseling from children to adults, youth and young adult substance abuse counseling, youth and adult anger management, domestic violence counseling, job readiness counseling and support services, Hispanic outreach services, credit, budget and debt counseling and financial education are just a few of of the Center’s 20+ programs that serve over 5,000 each year.
The 22nd Anniversary of Country for Kids presented by Old Point National Bank featuring Chris Janson with special guests Alec Edmonds and Tracielynn, will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Hampton Roads Convention Center, Hampton, Virginia.
Past concerts have featured some of the best country music stars, artists such as; Chris Janson, Scotty McCreery, Josh Turner, Joe Nichols, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Gary Allan, Rodney Atkins, Phil Vassar, Jo Dee Messina, Craig Morgan are just a few. Join us at Country for Kids 2024 for an awesome night of country music to support the programs and services of the Center for Child & Family Services. 100% of net proceeds benefit the Center for Child & Family Services.
