The Privacy Policy describes how the HRCC/SMG handles your personal information. Access to the website operated by the HRCC/SMG is provided subject to the policy. This policy applies to all information collected or submitted via the HRCC/SMG website. The HRCC/SMG uses industry standard practices to safeguard and secure your personally identifiable information, such as secure socket layer technology to encrypt all credit card, billing and other information you input on the HRCC/SMG website. We have also implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


The HRCC/SMG is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. The HRCC/SMG does not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 13 on the website subject to this Privacy Policy. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us via email at if they would like this information deleted from our records.
